The Touch and Jail Ministry exists to reach out to the needy and distressed (e.g., jail inmates, the shut-ins, the sick and hospitalized, as well as families in depressed areas of Iloilo City). This is an expression of a wholistic approach of the church in meeting the felt needs of these people. |
